Booking, Session & Payment Policy
By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment deadline 4 hrs before
- If payment is not completed 4 hours before your appointment (UAE time), unpaid bookings may be changed or released if another client completes payment for the same slot.
2. Accepted payment methods Card • Transfer • Link • BNPL
- We accept PayLink, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Tamara (BNPL). Discounts do not apply with Tamara.
3. Buffer time & arrival window±30 minutes
- Appointments include a 30-minute buffer window. Your therapist may arrive up to 30 minutes earlier or 30 minutes later than the confirmed start time (UAE time). Example: booking at 12:00 could be 11:30–12:30.
- Major incidents may cause delays beyond the window; we will notify you and provide an updated ETA or reschedule options. For live ETA on the day, contact ops via WhatsApp/call.
4. Late Arrival & Session Time Policy
- Session time begins at the confirmed appointment time (not when therapist arrives).
- If client is late, session still ends at original finish time to respect next guest.
- Client-side delays (traffic, access, payment, preparation) are not refundable.
- If delay is our fault, missed minutes will be added to the end when possible or credited for the next appointment.
Payment Security, No-Show Prevention & Location Accuracy Policy
To ensure a reliable and high-quality home service experience, Maison Privée Arabia follows strict booking and payment procedures.
1. Upfront Payment Requirement
- Previously, we accepted cash and post-session payments; however, this resulted in frequent no-shows after our therapists and drivers were dispatched. Such incidents caused significant loss of time, fuel, and operational resources.
- To prevent this and maintain the quality of our service, all bookings must be fully paid in advance using our approved online payment methods.
- Cash payments or post-session payments are not permitted under our updated policy.
2. Reserved Slot System
- Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
- To protect the therapist’s schedule and travel planning, unpaid bookings cannot be held.
3. Mandatory Booking Details
To start your booking, clients must provide the following accurate information:
- Full Name (First & Last)
- Email Address
- Complete Location Address (building, villa, room number, floor)
- Live Location Pin (Google/Map Link)
These details ensure timely arrival and accurate routing for your therapist.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
If the address or location pin provided is incorrect, incomplete, or leads the therapist to the wrong location:
- Lost time due to misdirection is not refundable
- The appointment may be considered fulfilled
- No cancellation, refund, or credit will be issued
- Re-dispatching the therapist may require additional charges
Clients are responsible for sharing the correct and complete address at the time of booking.
5. Compliance With Booking Agents
- Our booking agents strictly follow company policy to ensure fairness, reliability, and service consistency.
- Repeated requests for cash payment, delayed payment, or requests outside our policy cannot be accommodated.
🔴 Cancellations Policy
24+ Hours
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a credit.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. Only credits are issued.
Under 24 Hrs/ No-show
Payment is forfeited. Package holders will have one session deducted.
🎁 Package Terms & Conditions
1. Package Usage
- Packages are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Packages cannot be converted into cash, credit, or transferred to other services.
- All package sessions must be used within the validity period.
2. Service Redemption Rules
- Standard packages cannot be used for premium services.
- Premium packages may be used for standard services.
- 60-minute packages cannot be used for 90-minute services.
- 90-minute packages can be redeemed for 60-minute services, but a full 90 minutes will be deducted.
3. Non-Transferability
- Packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared or gifted.
- Transfers require written approval from Maison Privée Arabia.
4. Booking Requirements
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist availability.
- Therapist or preferences cannot be guaranteed for package sessions.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- The standard Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all package sessions.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being deducted.
6. Validity & Extensions
- Packages are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase.
- Expired packages may be extended for 30 days for AED 150.
7. Therapist Availability
- Therapist preferences will be accommodated when possible but not guaranteed.
- Maison Privée Arabia may assign any available therapist based on scheduling needs.
8. Pricing & Policy Updates
- Prices and terms may change without notice.
- Maison Privée Arabia reserves the right to update policies at any time.
9. Behaviour & Etiquette
- Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate session termination with no refund.
- Severe misconduct may result in a permanent service ban.
10. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before treatment.
- Services may be refused if deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.
💼 Corporate Wellness Programs
1. Booking Process
- All corporate bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
- 100% advance payment is required to secure the slot.
- Payment must be settled at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled service date.
- Bookings are confirmed only once the service agreement and payment terms are acknowledged by the client.
- A dedicated Booking Manager will coordinate therapist assignments and session scheduling.
2. Session Duration & Team Allocation
- A minimum of 6 service hours is required for all corporate wellness bookings.
- Final therapist allocation is based on availability, session type, and client requirements.
- Any additional time requested on-site will depend on therapist availability and is billed accordingly.
3. Location Requirements
- The client must provide a clean, quiet, and safe space suitable for therapy setup.
- Parking or access fees (if applicable) must be arranged or covered by the client.
- For buildings requiring access permissions, entry must be pre-arranged.
4. Payment Terms
- A 100% advance payment is required to secure the booking unless otherwise agreed in the corporate contract.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online payment link, or corporate invoice settlement.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling is not allowed.
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the booking:
- No refund will be issued.
- The full amount will be kept as credit in your Maison Privée Arabia account for future corporate sessions.
- Credits are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the original payment source or bank.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session or no-shows:
- The full booking amount is charged, and no credit will be provided.
7. Therapist Arrival & On-Site Requirements
- Therapists will arrive 30 minutes before the session to set up.
- The company must ensure smooth access to the premises (security clearance, parking, etc.).
- Any delays caused by access issues will shorten the session time without refund.
8. Conduct & Safety
- Clients must ensure a respectful and safe environment for therapists at all times.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination with full charges applied.
9. Session Feedback
- After each session, the corporate representative may provide feedback to help us maintain service quality.
- Quality control checks may be carried out by our management team.
