By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:
✅ Confirm & Pay
Payment deadline 3 hrs before
If payment is not completed 3 hours before your appointment (UAE time), unpaid bookings may be changed or released if another client completes payment for the same slot.
Accepted payment methods Card • Transfer • Link • BNPL
We accept card (in-store), bank transfer, secure payment links (Card / Apple Pay), and Tabby / Tamara (BNPL).
Note: Discounts do not apply with Tabby or Tamara.
Late Arrival & Session Time Policy
To ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all our clients, every session is scheduled with fixed start and end times.
- Session time begins at the confirmed appointment time, not when the client is ready or when the therapist arrives.
- If the client is late or not ready, the session will still end at the original finish time to avoid delays for the next client.
- Our therapists often have back-to-back bookings, so extending one session will reduce the time available for the next guest.
- The therapist will always do their best within the remaining time to provide a complete and satisfying experience.
- Client-side delays (traffic, building/security access, parking, payment, shower/preparation time) cannot be compensated or refunded.
- If a delay happens from our side (routing/therapist delay), we take responsibility. Missed minutes will be:
- added to the end of the session when possible, or
- compensated in the client’s next appointment.
Maison Privée Arabia maintains this policy to protect service quality, therapist schedules, and fairness for all clients.
⏰ Cancellation Policy
24+ hours
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a credit to use for any future service.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. Only credits are issued.
Under 24 hrs / No-show
Payment is forfeited. Package holders will have one session deducted.
