Our Story

About Maison Privée Arabia

A French-founded luxury at-home wellness brand in Dubai. Built from frustration as clients ourselves. Designed against the operational standards of a five-star hotel. Five years on — one of Dubai's leading luxury home wellness brands, trusted by private clients, corporate teams, and high-end residences across the UAE.

From the Founder

Built from frustration, designed for standards.

I'm Nadia. During COVID, I was seven months pregnant with my first child and working in a director-level role at a multinational. The pressure of corporate leadership through a pandemic, while preparing to become a parent, forced me to rethink everything — what kind of work, life, and future I actually wanted to build.

Leaving the security of a corporate career while pregnant during one of the most uncertain global periods was a major personal and professional risk. It also became the turning point that pushed me to build something I genuinely believed was missing in the market.

Together with my partner — who came from the same kind of international corporate background — we decided to combine what we knew: multinational discipline, operational rigour, and premium customer service. And to apply it to a sector that desperately needed it.

We are both French. We had spent years across London, France, and multicultural corporate environments. We grew up around five-star hospitality standards — in restaurants, hotels, customer experience, and operations. And yet when we became clients ourselves, trying to book home wellness in Dubai, none of what we expected existed.

Therapists arrived inconsistent. Hygiene was patchy. The setup was improvised. Most of the market was dominated by booking aggregators with no standards, and — frankly — by providers who were not even offering professional wellness at all. Almost no one cared about the linen, the music, the welcome, the consultation, or the closing ritual — the things that make a session genuinely feel five-star.

That gap is the entire reason Maison Privée Arabia exists.

We did not want to build another spa. We wanted to bring real five-star hospitality standards — the kind you would expect from a luxury hotel — directly into your home. Every detail, from how a therapist is recruited and trained, to how the setup is presented, to how we communicate before and after a session, was designed deliberately.

Five years on, Maison Privée Arabia is one of Dubai's leading luxury home wellness brands — with a full-time team of 10 in-house therapists, trusted by private clients, corporate teams, and high-end residences across the UAE.

"We are not just another wellness brand. We are clients of our own brand — and we built it because nothing else met our standards."

What we mean by five-star at home

Five-star is a protocol, not an adjective.

Anyone can write the words "luxury" and "five-star." We define ours the way a hotel spa would — as a written operational standard. Below is what those words actually mean inside Maison Privée Arabia.
