Questions
Is there a minimum number of visits?
None. Come as often or as rarely as you like — the benefits are there either way.
How does the dedicated therapist work?
You tell us who you want, and we hold that therapist for your bookings. If
they are away or fully booked we will say so when you book, and offer you
someone we would send to our own family.
Do the discounts add up?
On single treatments you get the best rate that applies — a weekday morning
in your birthday month is 20%, not 35%. The extra 10% on packages is separate,
and comes off the package price.
Does it cover home visits as well as the studio?
Both, at the same member rate, across our Dubai service area.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in writing. Within the first fourteen days we refund the fee in full,
less anything you have already used. After that your benefits run to the end
of your year.
